Our Guarantee

We think our products are lovely and we want you to be happy with them. We try hard to make our descriptions and specifications clear so that you so know exactly what you are getting. However, if you are disappointed with anything please return it to us following the instructions on the reverse of your delivery note and tell us why.

Returning Items

We hope you will love your Charlotte and Co purchase. If for any reason you want to return an item you can do so within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. The returns period for sale items is 14 days. This is in addition to your statutory rights. All returned goods must be in their original, re-saleable condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed.

For hygiene reasons please try on knickers and swimwear over your own underwear.

To return goods please complete the returns form we sent to you in your original parcel, indicating if you would like an exchange or refund and enclose it with the returned items. If you no longer have the returns form please ensure that the following information is included in your parcel:


• Order number (if known)
• Name
• Address
• Contact telephone number or email address
• Reason for return
• Details of refund or replacement required


For your peace of mind please obtain a Certificate of Posting for all returns. This can be obtained free from the Post Office.

Returns are sent at your expense. Delivery charges and gift wrapping will not be refunded in the event of a return, however, you will not be charged for the delivery of a replacement item.

Any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order.

Returns of Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty please return it to us so we can put things right.

Many of our products are delicate and/or made from fine, natural fibres. Please follow the care instructions. We cannot accept any returns where the care instructions have not been followed.

International returns

International returns should be sent by an insured traceable method. Mark your package clearly as Returned Goods to avoid customs delays. For your peace of mind please retain your shipping documentation.
