Oh dear, I’ve spent 3 days worrying about when I’ll see my kids again. They are still stranded in Majorca with Chris while I’m safely back in the UK.
And now, Monday morning, I realize that my new season samples are also stuck. They’re piling up in DHL depots around the world as I type. No flights coming into the UK means no samples.
We ship all our bulk production by sea so I forgot that all those little parcels of samples that are so crucial to the product development process travel by air. Nothing I can do about it, I guess. I’ll take it as an opportunity to catch up on my paperwork and get the greenhouse planted up and ready to produce a bumper crop this summer.
