Welcome to Autumn Winter 2012. There are so many new styles. The collection is inspired by the fabulous customer feedback we get and by life in The Cotswolds.
There are gorgeous new coats to keep you warm in style and cute new PJ prints for those cosy nights in. We’ve also added a great new range of soft mix-and-match jersey pieces to be the backbone of your winter wardrobe.
We’ve expanded our cult collection of silk/wool ‘inner-most layers’ so you can keep warm without compromising your usual sartorial choices.

We use resources respectfully
Charlotte & Co. sell exclusively via mail order. This isn't just the most convenient way to shop, it also means we don't heat and light and drive lorries to power-hungry shops.
We are a small team and we encourage each person to be responsible.
We work with manufacturers recognised for the quality of their work and their working environments in Italy, Spain and China. We ship by sea and avoid airfreight. We care about working conditions in the factories that we use and we believe that the best way to avoid factories that use unsavoury labour practices is to work with high quality, rather than low cost suppliers.
We deliver to your door using your local postman who is, after all, passing anyway.
We use light mailing bags made from recycled materials. Inside, you'll find your order packaged in satin gift bags which we wanted to make pretty enough for you to use them again and again. (By the way, please keep sending me your emails about how you re-use them, we know they are great for travelling but I love hearing about all the other creative uses you have for them).
We don't have a central head office, instead we give people the option of working from home. Like good citizens we switch off lights we don't need and we don't leave PCs on standby when we finish work.
We haven't yet found a way for our warehouse and contact-centre colleagues to work from home but they respect and conserve resources by:
- Reducing heat consumption courtesy of our very lovely silk/wool thermals
- Reusing materials whenever they can
- Recycling all paper, plastic and cardboard
Caring for your Charlotte & Co. clothes
It’s really important that you follow the washcare instructions in the labels. Please read them carefully.
Silk and Cashmere require special care. Ordinary laundry detergents (like Ariel and Persil) will damage these fine natural fibres. Where we have indicated that you can hand wash or machine delicates wash clothes please always use a special wool or silk detergent like Woolite or Persil Silk&Wool.
Never tumble dry these delicate fibres.

Everyone deserves a treat so we gift wrap your order in the gorgeous Charlotte & Co. satin bags free of charge when you order full priced products.
During our sale periods, you will receive a satin bag for free when you spend £100 or more on discounted products.
We will gladly send your order to an address other than your own with no prices on the delivery note.
Our Guarantee
We think our products are lovely and we want you to be happy with them. We try hard to make our descriptions and specifications clear so that you know exactly what you are getting. However, if you are disappointed with anything please return it to us following the instructions on the reverse of your delivery note and tell us why. Our returns period is 30 days or 14 for sale items.
